At Sebayl, each piece is carefully crafted. Therefore, we follow a no return policy and offer size exchange only under specific conditions.

Exchange Eligibility (Within 10 Days):
You may request a size exchange within 10 days of receiving your order, only if the measurements provided from our side are incorrect.

Guidelines:

• Exchanges are only applicable for size issues due to our measurement error
• No exchanges for design, color, or change of mind
• Only size exchange is allowed, the outfit/design remains the same
• Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
• Customers must dispatch the parcel within 10 days; shipping cost will be borne by the customer

Process:
Once received and approved after inspection, the corrected size will be dispatched (subject to availability).

Damages & Issues:
Report any defect, damage, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.
